When should I schedule a move-out clean?
After the movers are out and before you hand back keys. The house must be empty, because cleaners need to open every closet and cabinet. Book at least a week ahead when your lease ends on the 30th or 31st, since those days fill up first.
How long does a landlord have to return a deposit in Georgia?
Georgia law generally gives a landlord 30 days after you move out to return the security deposit or send a written list of deductions. This is general information, not legal advice. Check your lease and the Georgia landlord-tenant statutes if a dispute comes up.
Do you clean the garage and patio?
